Technical Assistance

SUPPORT

Neyret Group supports the customers in the installation of any equipment, to plan the preventive maintenance and during troubleshooting operations. Neyret Group can also provide support to machine audits, overhaul and equipment transfer. Our experts can travel worldwide for regular checks and machine repairs.

SPARE PARTS

We manufacture specific parts in our machine shops and keep a stock of standard spare parts to guarantee quick delivery in case of breakage. We accompany you to build up your stock of spare parts as soon as the machine is installed, which eliminates delivery delays on these critical parts.

MACHINE AUDIT

Upon request, neyret group can make full machine audit, prepare a detailed report with all the recommendation and already proceed during the audit at some adjustments. The recommendations are prioritized from urgent necessary repair to preventive repair or checks.
The audit can be done along with the customer, thus improving his knowledge.

Service Contracts

Yearly Service Contract are also available. Each contract is customized and agreed upon with each customer. These contracts provide annual audits, technical discussions, repairs, trainings, OEE improvement plan, and take in account whether there is on single machine or a fleet of machines.

Remote Assistance

HOT LINE – WITH OR WITHOUT REMOTE

To be more reactive, we can assist the customer to diagnostic a problem or to assist for repairing using phone, email or remote live. Using the remote live link to the machine PLC or the vision PC, it is very convenient for our experts to make a primary diagnosis then to find a solution or to propose a temporary solution to continue running. Afterward, we can intervene on site or guide the customer technician using the NEYRA remote kit.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE VIDEO KIT: NEYRA®

To better identify the root cause of a machine fault on real time, as an option, we can provide an augmented reality video kit called NEYRA®. It includes a web cam, a Bluetooth headset and PC tab, i.e., like a Microsoft Surface Pro. NEYRA® features live video, audio, chat, share screen and guidance using a PC tab or a smartphone.
Our experts can view the exact situation on the machine in live video, while sharing drawings, screenshots on the PC tab and talking in live on Skype, Teams. The 3D drawings display helps to identify the parts with colors thus to facilitate the communication and to better guide the operator during the intervention.
The NEYRA® kit can be used to also train remotely the operators and the service technicians.

Machine relocation

In case of relocation of production, neyret group can help to uninstall, transfer, reinstall and commission again the machine. All operation is turnkey service including packaging, transportation and training to the new teams.

Equipment overhauling

Our machines are long life machines especially the mechanical cam type machines. However, to last longer, we can offer to overhaul the machines and/or to replace obsolete devices such as computers, vision camera, sensors…. And/or to install retrofits.

MACHINE REPAIR

After several years the machine experienced usage wear that can reduce the original performance.

A full machine maintenance will:

  • Retrieve the efficiency and quality almost like the original
  • Replace used or obsolete parts
  • Install new features/retrofits
  • Keep a safe machine

MODERNIZATION

To update the machines to the latest development or market demands, we can implement the following:
