Designing and validating assembly machines of medical devices is a major activity at Neyret Group. Design experts and Quality teams are familiar with GMP and FDA requirements. The machine is tested and delivered along with a detailed and complete documentation including all testing protocols for acceptance. Precise assembly, labelling and printing are done at very high speed within a clean environment.
Since the medical devices shall be fully safe, the quality checks of the components, products and functionality are extensively installed on the machines in order to warranty 100% conformity of the assembled good products.
To ensure full success, POP, feasibility, and even pilot machines are carried out on a case-by-case basis.
