A family story

1987

After a rich career in the lighter and car lock industry, notably in the development of new products and their industrialization, Mr. Guy NEYRET launched his company of special assembly machines in March 1987. His experience in mechanics quickly led him to define the standards of index rotary tables:

  • The motion system (motor/indexer) allows to mechanically synchronize the rotation of the table and the manipulators which is low energy consumption using a single motor for all the machine and provides a very precise indexing feature.
  • The modular came manipulators easy to install/remove from the table are able to combine up to 6 different motions alone (axles)
  • Specific and special grippers have been developed to manipulate from the largest to the smallest
  • The manipulators are positioned in the center of the machine offers easy accessibility of nests. The doors frameless open vertically also allows easy access inside the machine.

Mr. Yves Neyret, one of the sons of Guy Neyret entered in the company at the very beginning, was also a key person in designing the control systems. The automation adventure then started based on very good technical fundamentals.

1988

The first labeled Neyret machine was built for the car maker CITROEN. Its technology appeals to industrial who need high output. One of the main customers of GNSA, has developed the connecting business for cars based on the robustness of the Neyret machines. The competitive advantage of the machines was such that it allows them to expand internationally. Then after, other range of car products were assembled on the Neyret machines, such as mini-switches, electrical connectors, relays…

1997

In 2006, Mr. Guy Neyret got an opportunity to acquire Lagniel in Normandie. Then the large activity field of the pharmaceutical business became suddenly possible for Guy Neyret. The very high speed was impressive. Lagniel was really a complement and has enlarged the range of automation solutions that can be offered to the customers.
